Starting off this list is a piece of jewellery that even Elsa would be jealous of. This Elsa Ice Crystal necklace from Couture Kingdom is plated with white gold and comes with an adjustable chain. It’s so beautiful and will definitely catch the attention of your peers.
I don’t know about you guys but I own a lot of scrunchies. They’re useful and super cute and this set of Snow White scrunchies are no exception. If you love Snow White then check out my previous blog where I take you through a step by step tutorial on how to achieve Snow White’s iconic makeup look.
I always loved how beautiful Cinderella’s carriage was and wished I had one of my own. Although this Funko Pop Carriage is a lot smaller than what I wished for, I still absolutely love it. This set comes with the carriage and two horses, all with incredible detail. Great for both children and adults.
With the weather being so hot at the moment, a swimsuit is an important part of your wardrobe, even if you are just sitting in a paddling pool in the garden. I absolutely love the deep red colour of this Beauty and the Beast inspired swimsuit and the rose detailing around the top and back is beautiful.
I know I’m not the only one who wishes they had hair like Ariel’s from The Little Mermaid. This deep conditioning hair mask is all you need to get beautiful flowing locks like Ariel. Apply to towel-dried hair, leave it for around 5 minutes, rinse it off and then you’re done.
If you’ve ever wanted to own a magic lamp, then this is the item for you. This tea set comes with the magic lamp pot and two glasses, each detailed with images of Jasmin and Aladdin. It’s the perfect addition to any Disney Princess themed tea party.
This jean jacket is perfect for the Disney Princess lovers who have a rock chic style. This piece comes covered in detail, from the beading on the shoulder area to the print on the back and arm. It’s definitely one of my favourites on this list.
If you’re starting to arrange more social distanced gatherings with your friends, why not try out these face masks. Everyone can become a different Disney Princess and they leave your skin feeling super soft.
Last on the list is this beautiful Tiana prom dress. This dress is one of the six in the Disney Princess prom dress range at EMP. There are also dresses in the style of Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, Aurora and Belle. I chose Tiana’s one to be in my top 10 as I love it’s soft green colour and the stunning silver waterlilies at the hem.
If you didn’t see something you liked in this top 10 list then check out the wide range of other Disney Princess merch from EMP here.
I imagine that a lot of you, like me, have used the past few months being stuck inside to rewatch all the Star Wars movies. Also, if you’re anything like me, you now have an urge to redecorate your house with a Star Wars theme. If so, this blog is for you! I’ve selected my top 10 favourite Star Wars homeware products from EMP for you guys to explore. From bedroom to kitchen, there’s something for every room in your house on this list.
This is probably one of my favourite items on this list. These Vader and Trooper Salt and Pepper pots are so simple yet still really cool and will be great conversation starters at dinner parties (when we can have them again).
The Millennium Falcon is one of the most recognised ships from the franchise. Now you can own a miniature version and use it as a table lamp! This LEP lamp is highly detailed and can be placed in various different ways. I absolutely love it!
Need a place to put all your Star Wars books and comics? Well, this is the item for you. This Stormtrooper bookend comes with two highly detailed Stormtrooper heads. It could also be used as a Star Wars DVD holder (If people still buy DVD’s nowadays).
If you’re going to get any Star Wars Funko Pop set, it has to be this one. This set includes incredibly detailed figurines of Han Solo and Princess Leia and was created for the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back. They would definitely look amazing displayed in your living room or bedroom.
When decorating your bedroom, the choice of bed linen is incredibly important. I absolutely love this set as it’s quite simple but still incredibly cool and would suit all age ranges. It’s made from 100% cotton material meaning you’ll be super comfy and cosy in your bed!
This item is for the bakers! This baking mould in the shape of the Jedi Master Yoda is incredibly fun and will be the envy of all your friends. It’s both dishwasher and microwave safe so it will easily survive most conditions. I just know that this item will encourage anyone to start baking.
With these magnets, you can ensure that even your fridge has a Star Wars theme! This set includes 19 magnets picturing some of your favourite ships from the franchise. If you’re anything like me, you will be standing at your fridge for ages placing all the magnets in the right position to create the perfect battle scene.
With this doormat, you can now have Master Yoda greeting you as you come home! It measures 40 x 60 cm and is made of PVC and coconut fibre. The perfect item to liven up the doorway of any Star Wars lover’s house.
This ‘Join The Dark Side’ plate set is great for both kids and adults! The set comes with 4 plates that are all dishwasher and microwave safe. Perfect if you’re looking to have a Star Wars-themed dinner one evening.
Although we may not be going on holiday as much as we had hoped for in summer this year, I still believe we can look stylish while enjoying the sun at home. Which is why I’ve picked my top 10 favourite EMP summer fashion items for all the lovely women looking to enjoy the 2020 summer in style.
Although this summer maxi dress is part of the Harry Potter collection, I think the design is completely versatile and will be loved by both HP fan and non-HP fans. The dress is super comfy and comes with incredible details like the small metal pendant and beads on the drawstring.
As I’m a big Beetlejuice fan, I just had to include these shorts in the list. These stylish Beetlejuice shorts are embroidered with brilliant details that reference the film and come with detachable suspenders. Perfect if you’re looking for a pair of shorts you can wear in many different ways.
This is the perfect summer skirt for the people who love the 50’s style. This knee-length skirt is detailed with this really cute cherry pattern and is made from 100% cotton, the perfect light and airy material for any summer day.
This really cute pinafore dress can either be dressed up with a bright colour top and accessories or (if you enjoy wearing all black like me) can be left as a simple piece. The crossed back adds extra detail and the straps are adjustable.
This Lilo and Stitch off the shoulder t-shirt is adorable! It comes in this beautiful dark green/blue colour and the flower print is both on the front and the back. Not to mention the super cute embroidered Stitch on the chest.
This is a very important T-Shirt to get for summer 2020. The festival-style lineup on the back is a funny take on lockdown and a positive way to remember this time. This T-Shirt would look really cool paired with shorts.
Although a lot of us won’t be able to get to a beach anytime soon, this bikini is still a must-have. This ‘The Little Mermaid’ bikini is exclusive to EMP and comes in this gorgeous lilac-green metallic colour. The bottoms have a mermaid scale pattern and the top is designed in this beautiful seashell shape.
These are the perfect summer sliders for daytime wear. The super comfy material will have you wearing them all day and the rose details add a pretty feminine look. The perfect addition to any casual outfit.
If you’re looking for a summer shoe that’s a bit less casual, then this is the one for you. This shoe comes with a heel height of 9.5 cm and a rounded toe cap. Perfect for dressing up any summer outfit.
Every summer outfit needs a pair of sunglasses and the gorgeous gold coloured lenses attracted me to this pair immediately. With an EMP engraving at the end of the arm and contained in an EMP sunglasses case, these sunglasses are a must-have summer accessory for everyone.
Halloween is my favourite holiday ever! I’m one of those people that start thinking about their costume mid-summer and share “is it Halloween yet” memes in May – if you follow our Instagram you might have noticed – soz!
I just LOVE being creepy and there’s nothing as exciting as spooky season for me and the build up to it is just magical (even more than Christmas, my birthday, 4 puppies with red ribbons and a trip to Disneyland all together!) – cause basically Halloween is not just a day – it’s a season:
Just think of the autumn colours, leaves on the floor, pumpkin spice lattes… It’s also more socially accepted to wear black or dark lipsticks and be pale (let’s face it – when you’re too pale in summer you will always get that person making jokes about your skin tone to which you have to politely answer with a fake smile and a “funny, very funny! Never heard the joke about vampires/burning/or if I’m Marilyn Manson’s daughter before”) and it’s an excuse to buy new cosy jumpers and hoodies, boots and coats.
Plus the colder weather doesn’t make you feel as guilty for spending your evenings or days off indoors gaming, reading or watching horror movies to get into a creepy mood and look for Halloween outfit inspo.
So on the run up to Halloween I just love to keep some free time in my evenings or weekends to snuggle up with a fluffy blanket and cosy pyjamas and simply eat tonnes of junk food and watch all my favourite creepy/spooky or simply Halloweeny movies. Plus let’s say it, it’s great to avoid people and not have to be sociable from time to time:
Here’s a list of the movies you MUST see to get in the right mindset for the best night of the year! I’ve tried to keep the list mixed, with a variety of horror movies, animations, comedy horror etc.
The Shining (1980)
The Shining, a film based on Stephen King’s horror novel is simply a masterpiece – I’m sure I don’t need to sell it to you! And any occasion is good to re-watch this Stanley Kubrick wonder featuring an outstanding Jack Nicholson and a series of creepy scenes that are simply perfect to get you into Spooky Mood – Room 237, the Grady daughters, Danny and his tricycle are waiting for you at the Overlook Hotel.
Hocus Pocus (1993)
Who said that Halloween movies have to be scary and bloody forcing you to sleep with the light on for a week??? You can get in the perfect Halloween spirit with something light and funny like Hocus Pocus. Of one thing we’re sure – this Disney classic featuring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as The Sanderson sisters is going to make you laugh!
A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
I used to be terrified of this movie growing up – and even if I’ve seen it a few times in the years I “watched” most of it hiding behind a pillow. I think this year is going to be easier to watch this Wes Craven classic (and enjoy the short appearance of Johnny Depp) thanks to Rick and Morty! I can’t un-see Scary Terry now – “You can run but you can’t hide, bi***!”. Sorry Freddy Krueger.
Like every good little Goth growing up I must have watched this Tim Burton classic at least 784837 times!
At some point I had a DVD that gave me the option of changing the language and I remember watching it in Italian, Spanish and French out of curiosity to see if the songs sounded better (the Italian ones are pretty cool, sang by an Italian singer called Renato Zero who looks just like Professor Snape! Google it if you don’t trust me).
But the best version of the song ‘This is Halloween’ is not in Italian, Spanish or French. And it’s not even the original… it’s this awesome cover by Marilyn Manson taken from the album Nightmare Revisited.
Check our The Nightmare Before Christmas merch here.
The Addams Family (1991)
There are many reasons why I LOVE this movie: it’s extremely funny thanks to its dark humour, Angelica Huston as Morticia Addams and Christina Ricci’s Wednesday simply mirror exactly how I feel towards people 98% of the time and gifted the world with meme material for the rest of our lives. You’re welcome, Internet.
Edward Scissorhands (1990)
Oh dear Tim Burton, thank you for this movie! It’s simply one of the greatest movies of all time.
Did you know that Winona Ryder and Johnny Depp were happily engaged at the time they were filming this movie? That probably helped portraying the love and connection between Edward and Kim.
Also, am I the only one that is still upset about these two breaking up?!? #WinonaForever.
Simply a great movie – brilliant soundtrack, bizarre characters, interesting story and creepy villain… the perfect recipe for a Halloweeny movie.
I’ve dressed up as the Coraline doll a few times for Halloween – any excuse to wear a yellow raincoat!
Do I need to say spoiler alert if I talk about the ending of a movie that came out 24 years ago? I will just in case – ***SPOILER ALERT***
Ok, let’s talk! Casper shouldn’t be a kids’ movie, kids’ movies should have a happy ending right? This is like if in Beauty and the Beastthe Beast dies despite Belle crying and saying she loves him. Not cool. Not cool…
But still, a classic and a must see this Halloween. Just keep some tissues nearby.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)
Growing up I was TERRIFIED of clowns thanks to my older brother who let me watch IT with him when I was only 5 years old – thanks bro! Even now I’m still scared of clowns but I got over how terrifying Pennywise the Dancing Clown is thanks to The Rocky Horror Picture Show! To see Tim Curry (aka Pennywise in the original IT movie) dancing and singing in fishnet tights and heels as Dr. Frank-N-Furter made it impossible for me to take Pennywise seriously again.
This cult classic is a must see, not scary, but great fun!
Absolutely terrifying, still makes me jump despite how many times I’ve seen it.
Even scarier when you find out it’s based on real life events and start reading all the urban legends about the set and the movie itself being cursed…
Once again thank you Tim Burton for another brilliant movie! Beetlejuiceturned 30 last year and it’s still a must see! And what a cast: Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Catherine O’Hara (the mum from Home Alone in case you didn’t know) and Winona Ryder as Lydia are simply amazing! And it gives us so many ideas for Halloween costumes…
Donnie Darko is one of my favourite movies of all time! And my huge crush on Jake Gyllenhaal doesn’t even play a part in rating this movie so highly! It’s simply brilliant… From the film’s story to its incredible soundtrack, cast and acting.
And the list could go on and on… Just to name a few: Carrie(1976) or the remake from 2013 The Craft(1996) Sleepy Hollow(1999) Halloween(1978) Corpse Bride(2005) Ghostbusters(1984) ParaNorman (2012) Poltergeist(1982) Scream(1996) Practical Magic(1998) Friday the 13th(1980) The Blair Witch Project(1999) Rosemary’s Baby (1968) Frankenweenie(2012)
And without forgetting all the James Wan movies like The Nun, The Conjuring 1 & 2, Insidious 1, 2 & 3, Annabelle1 & 2, Lights Out and all the Saw films. This man is an evil genius!
What about you? What are your must-see movies to watch in the run-up to Halloween?
We haven’t listed them? Comment below.
Popcorn ready? Have you checked under the bed and in the wardrobe? Everything clear?

I knew reviewing a Toolalbum, especially one that’s been anticipated for so long, would be difficult but I decided to take on the daunting challenge in order to fully rationalise my own thoughts on the album and hopefully share sentiments on it that will resonate with others. However, I fully welcome contrasting opinions as I firmly believe that music is subjective and album reviews should never sway anyone into viewing a record as intrinsically good or bad. Album reviews are opinions, and mine is that the new Tool album rocks!
I didn’t think so right away – it took a few listens to come to that conclusion. As with every Tool album, and most progressive rock/metal records, repeated listens are required to fully absorb the intricacies and for the hooks to sink in.
My initial opinion after my first listen was that it was an interesting album with some spectacular moments but it didn’t stand out enough from the rest of their catalogue and didn’t fully warrant the hype given their reported meticulous approach to writing the songs. I remembered listening to 10,000 Days (their last album) for the first time and noticing a clear evolution in sound from Lateralus (the album before it). In this case I felt that the typical Tool tropes, picking patterns and chord progressions felt slightly too familiar despite being extremely well executed and jaw-droppingly technical.
That naturally started to change as the album called me back for second, third and fourth listens. The way the songs swell, crawl and contort is extremely compelling. Despite the songs being centred around particular motifs, new elements are frequently introduced in unexpected places which creep up on the listener and take the songs in exciting new directions. Yes, it is all done in a way that sounds unmistakably like Tool but to be honest that’s not a bad thing! In an age where so many popular bands follow trends and imitate each other, Tool should be applauded for finding a sound that listeners immediately recognise as belonging to them. It’s not easy to take a singer, guitar, bass and drums and find a sound which is distinct from the thousands of artists who have used those instruments to make music before you.
Although I do still believe that 10,000 Days was a stronger evolution in sound from Lateralus than Fear Inoculum is from 10,000 Days, I feel that Fear Inoculum introduces enough new ideas to keep it fresh. Also, I was only 16 when 10,000 Days came out and wasn’t as familiar with Tool’s discography as I am now – context is important kids!
The new elements I am referring to include EVEN longer songs than usual, synths, bass chugs, a drum solo (!) and a vocal timbre and delivery employed by Maynard which he usually reserves for his other band A Perfect Circle. Although each member is a master of his craft and they all get moments to shine, Danny Carey’s drumming is particularly impressive. His drum solo on the track Chocolate Chip Trip is a personal highlight and the range of techniques he uses is astounding – there’s even drumming on the track 7empest which wouldn’t sound out of place on a metalcore song!
7empest, which recalls the fury of their earlier material, is probably my favourite track from the album, followed closely by Invincible and Pneuma. 7empest closes the album on an epic note and contains the album’s most memorable and climactic moments. However, this brings me to one of my few gripes with the album. Some of the crescendos on this album, of which there are many, don’t fully deliver at their peaks and that’s primarily due to the guitar tone. To put it bluntly, the heavy parts don’t sound heavy enough! In all the other parts of the songs, the guitar tones are stellar, but the more abrasive riffs don’t have enough grit to do them justice.
The same can be said for most other Tool albums though. The guitar tones are just Tool being Tool and I feel like that’s a good way of summarising the album. I get the impression that this is exactly the album that Tool wanted to make and they haven’t been pressured by outside influences into compromising on any front.
Tool are pioneers and I’m glad they’re still around today. They created a compelling blend of brooding 90s alternative metal with psychedelic progressive rock, completely bereft of any of the cheesy qualities the genre is traditionally associated with, which is, in my opinion, extremely commendable. However to reiterate; just because I enjoy it that doesn’t mean I expect everyone else to as well. The technical nature of the music impresses and engages me but I can understand it being off-putting for other listeners.
I give the album an 8/10 and am keen to hear what other people think (as long as it’s something more thoughtful than ‘this band sucks’).
When you’re a massive Harry Potter fan, life is magical most of the time. But for the muggle world, it’s now the most magical time of the year. It’s a time where we’re encouraged to swap Butterbeer for mulled wine, chocolate frogs for advent calendars and broom riding for sleigh riding. Of course, there’s no chance of that happening but one thing you do have to swap is shopping for yourself to shopping for other people (sigh). So if you’re looking for a present for a Harry Potter lover, you’re in the right place! Here are my top picks to make any Harry Potter fan happy on Christmas morning.
Ever since I first saw Harry Potter in 2001 when I was six years old, I wanted a pet owl. At the bottom of every shopping list my mum made for her trip to the supermarket, I would complete it with the final most important item… an owl. How this trickery didn’t work, I really don’t know. However, all my Christmases came at once when this adorable Hedwig Funko Pop! hit the site! She’s the cutest little thing and would make someone’s Christmas very special. Not for you? We have lots of other Funko Pop!s too.
My favourite kind of merch is the kind that only true fans would know. That’s why this gorgeous Whomping Willow necklace is perfect for a Harry Potter fan who likes their merch a little more subtle. *Disclaimer* this Whomping Willow comes without the attitude.
When it comes to t-shirts, I’m very picky with the fit. That’s why this Forbidden Forest – Thestral t-shirt is the perfect gift if the person you’re buying for likes something with a more flattering fit. And the Thestral on the font is glow in the dark… now that’s seriously cool. AND it has a hood. Okay, it’s basically just the best top ever.
I’m a big fan of mugs (the type of crockery, not the type of people… although my love life might say something different). I think they’re a really good way of capturing someone’s personality; you get to be thoughtful without actually putting in too much effort. Also, you know that they’re going to use them. To take your mug gift up a notch, why not get one covered in gold that would make any Niffler go crazy. This I’m a Catch Golden Snitch mug is the perfect addition to any desk or cupboard and the perfect way to boost someone’s confidence (or ego).
It’s against the law not to wear slippers on Christmas morning, right? Make sure no ones ends up in Azkaban and get them a cosy pair of slippers. I’m a Hufflepuff so of course I have included these ones but they are available in Slytherin, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, too.
To take the comfort to the next level, add this Hogwarts bathrobe. It’s literally a hug in the form of a dressing gown. This, together with the slippers and a belly full of Christmas dinner, it will take you till the next Fantastic Beasts movie release to get up from the sofa.
This checked Forbidden Forest Hippogriff shirt is seriously cool and adorable at the same time. From the front, it has a very subtle Hogwarts logo and on the back it shows the magnificent Buckbeak standing proud. Again, a lovely addition to a Harry Potter fan’s wardrobe who like their merch less bold.
This next gift idea is for the fashion lovers. A Beret will always be in style and this one is no exception with gorgeous embellishments and ‘Lumos’ embroidered amongst them. A sophisticated addition to any outfit and a present that is bound to make any Harry Potter lover one happy wizard or witch on Christmas day.
A staple in the Harry Potter franchise, the Time Turner is a timeless present (excuse the pun). Both rings as well as the clock can be turned to mimic the real thing down to the last detail… apart from the traveling in time part unfortunately (I know, we were disappointed, too).
There you have it. My top presents for a Harry Potter fan that is bound to have you winning points like you’ve just caught the Golden Snitch. Still not found what you want? Why not check out our gift finder tool to help you find something even more perfect. Happy shopping and I wish you the most magical of Christmases!
Typically, fashion for the Christmas season is either all about sparkly dresses for the inevitable run of Christmas parties or big wooly jumpers for mince pies with your nan. But spare a thought for those alternative types among us for whom sequins and glitter are about as alien as death metal is to your aunty Sue. If you have a Gothic type or alternative fashion fan among your nearest and dearest, then look no further for some easy gift ideas that are sure to hit the mark this Christmas.
Everyone needs a good pair of Converse or sneakers. In fact, the more the merrier. If you know someone who basically lives in their Converse, check out our EMP exclusive sneakers with designs from loads of metal bands and TV series. These Iron Maiden sneakers have a grungy feel thanks to their graffiti-style design and are perfect for fans of the band. They’re basically a must have at gigs or festivals too.
I know, I know. You don’t want to be that person who always gives underwear and socks. But hear me out. There’s a good reason why pants and socks make great gifts – they’re on budget, everyone needs them, and most guys never remember to buy them for themselves. But forget tighty-whities and embarrassing ‘comedy’ prints. Instead at least amplify the cool factor with these skull and rockhand designs from EMP’s Black Premium label. This set offers three different designs made from comfy and fresh cotton. All black too, of course. If you have to give pants, at least give cool pants.
Denim jackets are a wardrobe staple, and for good reason. This design from RED by EMP won’t just keep you warm but also looks really cool. The black denim jacket also has a detachable sweater hood which is ideal for the colder months and can be removed for warmer days. See, versatile! The slightly faded wash is really on trend, too. A simple black jacket is always a safe bet as a gift as it’s pretty guaranteed to match well with the recipient’s existing wardrobe and style, and can be worn for years to come.
If in doubt, a T-shirt is a fail-safe option. And this Black Sabbath Tour T-shirtfrom EMP’s Signature Collection is a great example of T-shirt that’s unique, stylish and perfect for an alternative look. It’s a well-known fact that throwing on a rock or metal band T-shirt gives instant edge to any outfit, even if you don’t actually listen to the band in question (Ramones, anyone?)… Of course this tee is ideal for fans of the classic band, but its vintage look is definitely in style in any case and will really elevate a casual outfit, especially with jeans and heavy-duty black boots.
When it comes to jewellery and accessories for men, it can be a bit tricky to know what’s going to be well received. For some inspiration, check out the range by cult brand etNox, who have loads of seriously cool and individual pieces to choose from. In general, think Celtic, Nordic or Gothic. This Silver Thor’s Hammer Ring is a really chunky and weighty ring with runic carvings around the edge and a Norse design. Everyone needs something extra to add interest to their outfit, and a couple of unique pieces of jewellery are a must-have for any alternative fashion lover.
It’s winter, after all, so it definitely makes sense to gift warm and cosy items rather than clothing that will have to wait until summer. But for those who wouldn’t be seen dead in a knitted jumper, a casual hoodie is a great choice. This Vanish Hood Hooded Sweater isn’t your typical boring hoodie though. Of course it’s black, with ribbed detailing on the cuffs. But it also has a cool little feature that makes it a bit more interesting, in the form of a pull-up collar with a skull print, that can keep your face warm as well as making you look pretty spooky. It also has generously-sized kangaroo pockets as you’d expect from any good hoodie.
For a lower-budget gift or a little something extra, Gothic-inspired jewellery is the perfect finishing touch to any alternative look. To find the perfect piece, look no further than the Alchemy Gothic collection at EMP, where there are simply dozens of stunning pieces at surprisingly cheap prices. Just one gorgeous example is this Ruah Vered Necklace which features a thorny black rose entwined through a Gothic-style star shape. The matching earrings are also available if you want to make a full set. This necklace is sure to look perfect when combined with pretty much any black top or dress.
These Bone Leggings from Fashion Victim are both fun and flattering. A healthy dose of skulls and bones belongs in any Goth-girl or alternative chick’s wardrobe, and I feel that these quirky leggings strike the right balance and will pair really well with a long top and boots. Whether at a gig or just as a statement piece, these leggings are super versatile and useful too.
When alternative meets Disney. Know an alternative girl who’s also into Disney? Why not combine the two with this adorable yet suitably dark Alice t-shirt? Alice has always had her darker side (did anyone else play American McGee’s delightfully twisted Alice in Wonderland game back in the day?), and this t-shirt captures that with this Gothic print and insightful quote: “If you don’t know where you want to go then it doesn’t matter which path you take.” This addition to an outfit pairs much better with black boots and Gothic accessories than with twee headbands and patent pumps.
For anyone who likes their clothes both dark and stylish, EMP’s very own brand Black Premium should be your go-to for creating cool looks for either gigs and festivals or everyday wear. At this cold time of year, a practical and cosy cardigan certainly make a great gift, and this Angel City Cardigan has the added bonus of looking pretty cool as well as being comfy and warm. The subtle all-over skulls and flowers print and the black lace segment at the top elevate this cardigan from practical to really eye-catching.
Know someone who thinks jumpers are boring or just for old people? Prove them wrong with this seriously cool Destroyed Knitted Sweater by alternative brand forplay. The jumper has a flatteringly fitted shape and a completely destroyed look. Of course your grandma is going to be desperately trying to mend it, so probably save it for the next night out or event. A jumper is a must for the winter season, but there’s no reason it can’t have a bit of a rock n’ roll attitude.
If you didn’t find anything you like then never fear! We have over 20,000 products in the EMP store, so why not browse through our alternative clothing for women or men, or check out our gift finder to find the perfect present!
